Ordered an invitation for a baby shower and received both pdf and jpeg files within 48 hours. Excellent, fast service!!!

I ordered this item over a month before the party. After repeated attempts to contact the owner, there was no response. I contacted etsy and received a refund, but then had to scramble and pay expedited shipping for the item. Very poor customer service.

Unfortunately I never received my item in time for my event.

Gift bags and tags I ordered came out so adorable! They look exactly as pictured and will work perfectly for my daughters cow party :)

These were very poorly made and barely stayed together for me to assemble myself. Not worth the cost by any means. Totally overpriced.
